I am seriously beyond impressed by your wonderful talent! You are an AMAZING painter! I LOVE seeing your creations...I need to come and visit so that I can see this in person. It's beautiful!!! -Angie
When I look at this painting, it reminds me of me without my mom.The flower seems sad, lonely, small, depressed and angry, but despite all that, it's brave, beautiful, strong, growing and hopeful. I love it, I absolutely love it. -Rina
Susie...this one is beautiful! I love how rich the colors are. I was wondering if you have ever painted a hibiscus or a red gerber daisy. If not you should. heehee. Only because hibiscus reminds me of my Mom and my favorite flower is the red gerber daisy. Anyhow, keep the paints coming! I love you and can't wait to see more....berta.
I'm completely envious of your talent!! I always wanted to be an artist but the only thing I'm good at are stick figures. My daughter always goes to daddy when she wants something drawn. :) I think it's BEAUTIFUL!! Are you selling your work, because when I get around to decorating my new place I would totally come to you!! -McKenna
i would love to see different kinds of flowers. only because i love the hibiscus you did for me. :) lilies are my favorite flower, tho. so, of course i would love to see those in the series! :)
I loooooove it. I already commented on this one (I thought I scared people away with my comment-lol). But it's not a sad flower, I just love it! And you're right, it does look better fully dried =)
I'm with the girls, how about some tropical flowers? The hibiscus you gave rachel is one of my fave and I'm so jealous!
I have been painting my whole life. My Great Grandmother, Grandmother, and Mother were all artists. I feel priveledged to have been taught to paint at a young age. I try to put as much emotion and affection into every piece that I do. Most of my work stems from a very positive and reflective feeling, and I am grateful for any interest in my favorite hobby.
If you are interested in having me draw or paint something for you, send me an e-mail at daveandsuedeegan@hotmail.com with a reference picture. Make sure the picture is a decent size and detailed (remember, I can only draw/paint what I see so if the detail is low, the detail in the drawing will be low). We will then make all the arrangements concerning size and medium. I require a 50% down payment before I will start any work. When that is received, I will start your work and throughout the rendering process I will send you updates to show you where I'm at. When the work is done I will send you one last e-mail of the finished product. If you are satisfied with the work I will make preparations to send it. At this point the remaining 50% will be paid. Please keep in mind that I do receive other orders also so if you would like the work by a certain date, give me time to create. All rights are reserved.

All shipping or framing charges will depend on the size and medium and are not included in the price. All rights are reserved on any product. When you order a drawing or painting from me you are purchasing a very fine, detailed piece of artwork. All of my drawings and paintings are created on acid free and 100% cotton illustration paper and canvas, which means it will not fade or yellow and will stand the test of time. For added protection I spray all of my works with UV absorbing fixative also. All of my drawings are insured for their full value upon shipping. Life is unpredictable and I insure just in case something were to happen during transit. So neither the customer nor myself would be out the money.
